But remote work is still a subject of debate among human resources professionals and administrators who want to know: does remote work affect organizations in a positive or negative way? Have you ever come across a job opportunity that seemed ideal, only to be disappointed to find out that the position is based in another city? beneficial for both family and employers, besides, it can save transportation time, increase opportunity for individuals who are expert , but living in remote areas and it can also help employees to diminish their anxiety. It is also worth noting that it has disadvantages that are categorized bellow: Employee isolation, absence and presence problems, distraction problems for some people.

Working remotely has become increasingly common due to the power of personal computing and high-speed networks. But the positive and negative aspects of this change is still a subject of debate for HR professionals.
Remote employees can benefit from this possibility in many ways, such as the reduction in work-related expenses or being given the opportunity to apply for a job which is located in another city. Some employees also feel much more at ease and away from distractions when they are in a non-public environment.
Adversely, employees working in an isolated location would miss developing a sense of proximity with their in-office colleagues like off-the-cuff conversations at office. It can also build a sense of suspicion of non-productivity since it’s hard to show the value of their work to their superiors. The potential for absenteeism is another drawback that is found worrisome for employers, especially controlling managers. This needs implementing a KPI system to evaluate the efficiency of employees to remedy the situation.
In fact, this opportunity seems attractive for people, but the fact is that it highly depends on them. Some can not remain focused on their work when they are working remotely while others can.

Nowadays, working remotely has glamorous increase. But, there are many debates about its pros and cons. Personally, I believe that its merits overweight its drawbacks. Undoubtedly, remote employees can exploit from fewer distractions, do not lose any ideal job opportunities which are in another cities and, we can benefit from reducing stress level. In addition, by recruiting remote worker, employer benefit from talent worker without considering their place, and they can cut work-related expenses. On the other hands, sometimes remote workers suffer from isolation, because it is difficult to have proximity with their in-office colleagues. Also, for reaching full productivity, some people need to were being in supervision environment. It is worth noted, having suspicion of non-full productivity is an aspect of remote work, and to remedy of it, employers should define some KPIs. Reducing work-related stress for employees, as a result of being in a convenient and private environment is a remarkable benefit of this way of working. Remote work also solves the workplace problems like distraction by other co-workers or allows employees to work from home.
When it comes to disadvantages ,allegorically; difficulties of employee isolation and a lack of focus or maybe enthusiasm in addition to the reality that employees are not subject to direct supervisions ,also the suspicion of non-productivity can be observed.

In the same way, remote work attributes to giving a rise to focusing on work, owing to less background noises and lack of non work-related conversation with fellow employees. Correspondingly, remote work provides the opportunity for employer to recruit talented professionals living in far cities or preferring to working at home to redress the balance between family and work life. On the other hand, remote work can negatively influence employees in one way or another. For one thing, they will be put in the jeopardy of isolation. From a positive point of view, not only would employees gain such advantages as a reduction in work-related expenses and strains while working from their living places even in other cities, but employers also could have the higher opportunity of recruiting talented and prospective employees interested more in work/life balance. However, there are many downsides in this respect, ranging from the employee's isolation and resultant difficulties in getting promotions, to the risk of distraction and less productivity for those unable to remain focused on their work in an unsupervised environment. What is more is the suspicion of non-productivity that managers might have toward this staff, resulting from the potential for absenteeism of this job, although as a remedy, a performance evaluation system tailored to each employee's unique position could be implemented, with managers learning to have more faith in their workforce.

Working remotely has recently become a subject of debate among individuals who are seeking ideal jobs. However, thanks to the power of personal computing and high-speed networks, people being able to work remotely without any need to leave their cozy and convenient armchair or their work-sharing places. A further advantage of working remotely is that remote workers may be endowed with the chances to recruit in some company and they are able live in one place while working for remotely locations. Moreover, the primary benefit of the working remotely is a reduction in work-related costs. A good illustration of this is transportation.
Conversely, there are some downside aspects associated with this trend. Two most particularly salient example of this remote employees suffer from developing the sense of proximity with in-office colleagues and the suspicion of non-productivity due to absenteeism
To conclude, considering the points discussed above, the most logical conclusion to be drawn is that working remotely is regarded as an attractive way of work by many prospective employees. As a matter of fact it is not appropriate for everyone because of conspicuous differences among human.

Some guilt-inducing aspects of working in a remote location have attracted employees to work in far places, however, there are some other major drawbacks as well. It was always the subject of controversial which wether working remotely offers benefits for employees or employer or both of them or not. A striking positive aspect of remote locations is included a rewarding job , making employees satisfied in terms of receiving high wages.In addition, reducing work-related expenses such as transportation is the other merit .what is worth to mention is reducing stress for employees by a feeling of privacy.However there are some drawbacks , employee’s isolation can be difficult for employees to make a sense of proximity with their in office colleagues as well as this they suffer from the perception that is harder for them to show the value of their work to their superior ,making it harder to get a promotion.

Over the last years, working from a remote location has become increasingly common, which has both positive and negative points for employers as well as employees.
What makes working remotely attractive for some employees is its flexible and convenient type of working specially for those who feel more comfortable when they work in solitude. Moreover, it allows workers to accept a tempting job offer in cities other than where they live.

Employers, also, take advantage of a reduction in work-related expenses such as transportation, and having the chance of employing some prospective employees who seek balance between their work and personal life.
Having said that, remote working has some down points too. Firstly, the remote workers will be isolated, failing to develop a sense of proximity with their in-office colleagues and missing the opportunity to present the value of their job to their superiors properly.
The potential for absenteeism makes some employers, who do not have faith in their remote employees, worry about their productivity.
To sum up, although remote work may seem beneficial in some aspects, it is not suitable for every one.
