استفاده از proverb ها یا ضرب المثل ها در رایتینگ یا اسپیکینگ آیلتس میتونه به اگزمینر نشون بده که شما توانایی خوبی در استفاده ی به جا از اون ها در زبان انگلیسی و دارین و یه جورایی میتونه نشون دهنده ی مهارت شما باشه اما به یاد داشته باشید که بهتره بیشتر از چند بار استفاده نکنین و فقط در جاهایی استفاده کنین که مطمئنین
